National Association of Black Accountants (NABA)

Iowa State University’s National Association of Black Accountants’ (NABA) chapter is now in its second year of operation. Eight members attended the NABA Central Region student conference this September in Milwaukee, accompanied by advisers Melvin Lamboy-Ruiz and Sue Ravenscroft. The chapter had a full program of weekly meetings last spring and this fall, with presentations from firms such as Ernst and Young, John Deere, KPMG, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Principal Financial, RSM, Transamerica Insurance, and Union Pacific.
