Team Rooms

The Gerdin Business Building has 5 team rooms located throughout the building that are available for student use. The team room hours are the same as the computer lab hours.

• The installed software windows XP, office 2003, and visual studio.
• Students MUST be COB majors, or be enrolled in COB classes
• Students MUST use the rooms for teamwork.   These are not private study rooms.
• There is a Max of 15 hours/per student/per term usage.  Students can go over this, but they will need to speak with admin.
   
• Schedules will be posted  at 7:30am and 3pm Monday-Friday.  
• Cutoff time for 7:30am-3:00pm is 7:00am (same day, Monday-Friday)
• Cutoff time for 3pm-close is 2pm (same day, Monday-Friday)
   
• The schedule will be posted when the lab opens on Saturday and Sunday.  There is no second posting for Saturdays and Sundays.
• If the schedule says the Teamroom is available for walk-ins, this is a first-come first–served basis. 
• Students Must vacate the teamroom BEFORE the next reservation starts.
