She serves on the review board for the journal "Long Range Planning" (Elsevier Science). She is currently an ad hoc reviewer for the journals such as "Academy of Management Journal", "Research Policy", "Journal of Business Venturing" and "Journal of Management Studies", "Entrepreneurship & Regional Development". Professor Zhang has worked in Lancaster University and City University London in England for 4 years before joining ISU. She has also worked in Lenovo Co. (Beijing, China) as a strategic and financial analyst for one year. Dr. Zhang is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM), International Association of Chinese management Research (IACMR) and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
