He has published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Decision Sciences, Human Relations, International Business Review, International Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Labor Research. In the past, he has served on the editorial review board of the Journal of Managerial Issues and was the associate editor for the International Journal of Management. At Iowa State University he has served as the chairman of the Department of Management and as the Associate Dean of the College of Business. He is a member of the Academy of Management, Industrial Relations Research Association and International Industrial Relations Association. | |||
