The College of Business has joined AACSB International in its efforts to identify strategies and best practices that prepare students to lead the 21st Century workforce. The college has become an AACSB Diversity and Inclusion signatory.
“At the Iowa State University College of Business, we feel strongly that diversity and inclusion are essential in our efforts to prepare students for a successful future in business,” said Raisbeck Endowed Dean David Spalding. “We have an opportunity to play a critical role in helping workers, companies, and leaders adapt to meet the needs of the changing American workforce. We are excited to be a part of this important effort.”

The Iowa State University College of Business is among the first 7.5% of AACSB accredited schools to sign onto the initiative.
